Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Who we are

The data controller is New Wave Web Intelligence. Contact: newwavedevelopement@gmail.com, +359 897 269 135.

2. What data we process

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget, timeline and the text of your message. We do not collect payment data.

As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data (for example IP address, browser and time of access) to deliver and secure the site.

The automatic assistant chat runs entirely in your browser. The messages you type into it are not sent to us and are not stored.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the form data to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f)). Visit statistics are collected only if you consent.

4. Recipients of data

Your enquiry is delivered by email through the provider Resend, and the site is delivered through the hosting provider Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf. If we enable analytics, it is provided by Vercel Web Analytics. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract. In that case the data is kept for as long as the law requires for contractual and accounting records.

6. Cookies and analytics

We only use necessary cookies and local storage. Analytics is switched on only with your consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Resend and Vercel are providers based in the United States, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. This happens under the safeguards the providers offer for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can contact us at newwavedevelopement@gmail.com, +359 897 269 135.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
